Notes from Dr. Bruce Bryce

            Six Pillars of Christian Discipleship

Think God – You (God) will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. (Isaiah 26:3)

Thank God – Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless His holy Name. Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits. (Psalm 103: 1,2)

See God – I will lift up my eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help?  My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth. (Psalm 121: 1,2)

Know God – This is eternal life, that they know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom He has sent. (John 17:3)

Love God – You shall love Yahweh, your God, with all your heart, mind, soul, and strength (Deuteronomy 6:5 and Matthew 22:37)

Serve God – You shall love your neighbor as you love yourself. (Leviticus 19:18 and Matthew 22:39

Sunday Morning Adult Class

with Dr. Bruce Bryce
Sundays 9:15 a.m. in the Parlor

I will take you to the sights of the world’s greatest literary work, The Bible, and introduce you to the most interesting and influential characters who ever lived.  I will be retracing the steps that I have taken many times over the last seven decades of my life and introduce you to  some of my closest friends and fellow travelers.  We have wrestled with God and been blessed by the experience.  We have our short-comings and have been forgiven.  And we have been enlightened beyond our wildest expectations.  I will show the Truth as God has revealed it.  I will help you sort out the details and focus on the Wisdom of God.

Wednesday Morning Bible Study
9:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. in the Second Floor Conference Room

This group exists so that people can be encouraged in their life journey, grow in their faith and learn more about God in a small group setting.
