Our Youth Director
Welcome to our new
Youth Pastor, Malcolm
Detwiler
Malcolm comes to Baldwin Community with ten
years experience in youth ministry. He brings skills in singing, playing the
guitar and leading worship. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and has
one year of Seminary studies. Malcolm is co-owner of Around The Bend Books in Bellevue and will
serve with us part-time.
Recently he spent time in an internship with
Crossroads UMC.
Malcolm will lead our Sunday evening youth ministry and Wednesday Night Live! for youth. He will also plan retreats, a summer trip to Creation and a summer mission trip.
We welcome Malcolm and ask you to pray for our youth ministry, our young people and for Malcolm’s ministry with us.
